and easy to do door profile. the profile grooving in the past most done by moulder or four side moulder, but after moulding, there is

an extra process to do surface wrapping again, YW8K use finish 2 side laminated, and 2 edge banded material, to do the groove and

used the wood pieces which been cut off to laminated to the grooved wood pieces, and after process, it will becomes a finish products.

Easy to set, perfect finish, less process, less equipment invest, it is spirit of YW8K.

The material is intergrate material with 1 or 2 surface laminated, no need to use other material

Machine cut off 1 piece of material off and laminated it back to the work piece to make a finish products

There is a glue spreading head to spread glue

When material come, the glue head start to spread glue

High precision high speed motor used for grooving or cutting work

A professional glue melting and pumping system is used for glue spreading

Bottom chain feeding plus top multi pressure roller for precise and stable feeding of material

PLC touching screen makes control of panel so easy even for new users
